To Accept the Issue Task on an EWN

In order to close the Issue task on an EWN, a user must first accept the issue, before closing it.

Follow these steps to accept the Issue task on an Early Warning Notification.

  1. From your Work Exchange - Inbox, select the task that you want to accept, from the list.
  2. From the Actions menu, select Accept selected.
The Issue task is moved to your Work Exchange - Work in Progress folder.
